NEW – The Becker Avionics 620x-Series VHF radios allow Tandem-Operation

The device can be operated simultaneously from two places, granting Pilot and Co-Pilot direct access to all functions of the same radio. Becker Tandem-Operation mode is ideal for installation in two-seater aircraft, in particular in tandem-seating aircrafts.
The devices can be installed at a distance of up to 7 meters.
The Remote Control Unit RCU6201 is required for Tandem-Operation and can be combined with any of the following Becker Avionics radios: 2 1/4 inch VHF radio AR6201, Remote VHF radio RT6201 or 160mm VHF radio AR6203.
NEW – AR6203 VHF-AM Transceiver with 8.33 kHz AR6203

Becker Avionics' latest development is the new high performance general aviation mark width (160 mm format) AR6203 VHF-AM Transceiver.
Quick and easy access to all necessary functions is brought to the operator by an intuitive user interface shown on a bright sunlight readable LCD display.
To meet the Single European Sky requirements the AR6203 is available in a variant with combined channel spacing of 8.33 kHz and 25 kHz. For operators outside of the European Union a 25 kHz channel spacing only variant is also available.
All AR6203 are designed to operate with 14 Volt and 28 Volt aircraft power supplies. Whereby there are two different transmitter output power variants, 6 Watt or 10 Watt (at 28 Volts only).
The dual watch mode facilitates the comfortable scanning of two different channels and ensures the continuous listen watch on the primary frequency at all times. To store preferred frequencies, the AR6203 provides to the operator the possibility to define on 99 storage channels including an alphanumerical (clear text) location indicator. The last used up to 9 frequencies are automatically stored to get quickly back in case.
An integrated intercom system allows voice activated (VOX) communication for up to four passengers without need of an audio selector panel. The AR6203 provides additionally one external audio input to be used for instance as input for devices like navigation receiver, traffic advisory alerts or MP3 music player with auto mute functionality.
The AR6203 is EASA certified.

 
NEW – AR6201 VHF-AM Transceiver with 8.33 kHz

Becker Avionics introduces its new high performance, compact, AR6201 VHF-AM Transceiver with 8.33 kHz and 25 kHz channel spacing and integrated voice activated (VOX) intercom system for up to four passengers. The AR 6201 continues the legacy of its predecessor the AR4201 VHF-AM transceiver, which set the worldwide benchmark for aviation transceiver reliability and performance. With more than 18,000 units sold, the AR4201 has been the trustworthy companion for thousands of pilots flying millions of flight-hours.

Our very succesfull Digital Voice Communication System DVCS6100 has obtained a new improvement. Without change the electrical design we could pass the qualification test DO160E, section 4.5.4 Cat. D1 for the operational high temperature +70° Celsius. The prior environmental condition for DO160E, section 4.5.4 Cat. D1 operation high temperature +55° Celsius has now changed to +70° Celsius.


NEW – Fixed Wing Audio Control Panel Variants ACU6100_1_2325)plusACU6100_2_B305)ohne_schrift

Becker Avionics introduces the new fixed wing digital audio panel for its Digital Audio and Intercom System DVCS6100. The new panel variant of the Audio Control Unit ACU6100 is specifically tailored for fixed-wing applications. The new fixed-wing ACU6100 will come in a horizontal and vertical format to ease retrofit installations.

NEW – MR510 406 MHz Dual Voice Personal Locator Beacon

Becker Avionics introduces its third-generation MR510 Personal Locator Beacon (PLB), with integrated 12-Channel GPS and dual voice communication capability (UHF or VHF). The MR510 presents a significant safety tool for aviation and marine professionals. The new MR510 Personal Locator Beacon offers military-grade performance, with advanced features including global positioning system (GPS) technology, which make it easier and quicker for COSPAS-SARSAT satellites to pick up distress signals and relay an accurate location to rescuers. Becker Announces First Secure Wireless Intercom System Customer

The PNG system by Axnes is capable of providing secure wireless intercom access to crew members.
